Ivory Orthodontics

Rankin Projects completed the detailed refurbishment and fit-out of an existing heritage building for Ivory Orthodontics, located on the corner of Brisbane and Charles Streets in central Launceston. The project involved transforming the building into a modern orthodontic clinic while working carefully within the constraints and character of the existing structure.

The scope included demolition, structural works, concrete and carpentry, together with the management of specialist subcontract trades for services, joinery and architectural finishes. The fit-out incorporated specialised orthodontic and X-ray equipment, requiring careful coordination and commissioning. The constrained inner-city site also required close management of safety, access and surrounding stakeholders to minimise disruption.
