Dr Daniel Tan & Associates Dental Clinic

Rankin Projects was engaged as head contractor for the high-end refurbishment and extension of the Dr Daniel Tan & Associates dental clinic on High Street in Launceston. The project expanded and modernised the existing facility to provide a contemporary clinical environment incorporating dental treatment rooms, specialised equipment and associated support spaces.

Rankin Projects completed the demolition, structural, concrete and carpentry works while managing the remaining subcontract trades, including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic services. The works involved specialised dental and X-ray equipment, specific radiation-shielding requirements and detailed coordination during commissioning to achieve a fully operational facility.
